Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange a product that you purchased from Tarrant Dermatology Consultants, you may do so within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Returns after thirty days will not be accepted. You must present a valid receipt, and the product must be unopened and not damaged in any way. You may return the product directly to our office at 1622 8th Avenue, Suite 100, Fort Worth, TX 76104. We cannot accept returns by mail. Please call ahead and speak with our office so that we can expedite the process and cut down on your wait time. Some refunds cannot be processed the same day of the return if our office is not notified in advance.

In the event that you have an allergic reaction to the product that you purchased, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. You must come into the office for an evaluation immediately upon onset of the reaction. If we are unable to document the allergic reaction, we will be unable to accept the return.

If you opt to exchange a product and the new product is of greater value, you are responsible for paying the difference.

All credit/debit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card with which the product was purchased.
